Exciting News at the Eagles! New Saturday Kitchen Hours & Queen of Hearts Reminders

We have some exciting news for our members! The Eagles Kitchen is expanding its Saturday hours, giving you even more opportunities to stop in, enjoy a meal, and spend time with your fellow members and guests.

🍳 NEW KITCHEN HOURS

With the addition of our new Saturday schedule, our kitchen hours are now:

Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

That's right — Saturday kitchen hours are now 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM!

Whether you're stopping in for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just looking for a great place to spend part of your weekend, we're happy to have you join us. We appreciate your continued support of the Eagles Kitchen and look forward to serving you!

❤️ CLUB CLOSED - NO QUEEN OF HEARTS DRAWING ON LABOR DAY

A reminder to all of our Queen of Hearts players: there will be no Queen of Hearts drawing on Labor Day, Monday, September 7 as the club is CLOSED.

The next Queen of Hearts drawing will be Monday, September 14.

We also want to remind everyone about an important best practice when filling out Queen of Hearts tickets.

Because we are a private club, membership must be verified before a person can be announced as a winner. Every member has a membership receipt that provides the information we need to verify their membership.

To help make the drawing process as smooth and fair as possible, please write your name on your Queen of Hearts tickets exactly as it appears on your membership receipt.

For example, if your membership receipt says:

John A. Smith

Please write:

John A. Smith

on your Queen of Hearts tickets — not simply “John Smith.”

This is especially important when nicknames, shortened names, or missing middle initials are used. If there are multiple members with the same or similar names, using a nickname or an incomplete name can make it difficult or impossible for us to determine which member the ticket belongs to.

Before a winner is announced, we must be able to verify that the name on the winning ticket belongs to a current member. If we cannot verify the person's membership, they are ineligible to win.

The good news is that this situation can easily be avoided. Simply take a moment when filling out your tickets to make sure your name is written exactly the way it appears on your membership receipt.

This small step helps us verify winners quickly, prevents confusion, and helps ensure the Queen of Hearts drawing remains fair for everyone.
